Alert

Coronavirus - Important message from Albany House

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to change our appointment system.
We are carrying out telephone and video consultations in the first instance.
The GP’s want you to know that we are working this way due to the current guidance from NHS England. This is definitely NOT through choice!

We have been asked to share the video below with you.

NHS ENGLAND ACCESS TO GPs

A high number of patients are being seen face to face but in a very different way to before. It is important that you help us to prioritise the sickest patients and those with the greatest need by choosing the most appropriate consultation type.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT

Our GPs and nurses are working very hard in the most difficult circumstances but if you are worried that you have a symptom that is serious, please do not hesitate to book an appointment!

We are still very much here for you but please help us to keep you all safe.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A WARM COAT AND AN UMBRELLA AS OUR WAITING ROOM IS CLOSED 🙁🌦☔️
